Regional Support Service Model Workgroup Recommendation Brief

The NCC Regional Support Service Model Workgroup recommendation brief was submitted to the Health Resources Service Administration (HRSA) on March 31st. Eight models of genetic services were developed and included a regional clinical services model, a consumer education network, regional clinical support centers, quality improvement, a public health model, genetic service data centers, and regional genetic service resource network.  In addition to the models, the RSSM Workgroup outlined eight recommendations HRSA could use to bridge gaps to access in genetic services.
